It’s never been easier to offer help. From the marketplace, simply click to add a post then select “Offer Help.” Then follow the basic prompts to outline the details, including title, description, type and location.
Hit ‘Post Request’ to make it live. Then review humans that apply through the in-app messenger. You’re now one step closer to securing a kindness connection.

We have a ‘Filters’ tab on the search marketplace, which can be used to find a specific task. Simply toggle the button to refine your search. In addition, for more ease of use, we have a ‘Search’ bar at the top, which you can use to search for specific names, phrases and topics.
You can post any offer which fits within our community guidelines. Whether its pro-bono business support, community volunteering or assistance with errands or household tasks, you are empowered to choose to offer help in the way that best suits you.
If you know of a charity, or organisation which requires volunteers, you can introduce them to OneAnother’s app, which can be downloaded for free from both iOS and Android app stores.
Alternatively, you can encourage them to Contact Us, and one of our friendly team will be in touch.
If you have any issues or concerns, you are able to report a problem via the app via the ‘Report a problem’ button on your profile page. Once submitted a member of our team will be in touch.
OneAnother can be used anywhere in the world as long as you have a smart phone and access to the internet. As we grow and expand our services, we extend our communications strategy to reach more locations across the globe to ensure that the marketplace is balanced.
